Winter Clothing Recommendations
From January through March, temperatures in Hokkaido can drop significantly, reaching as low as -30°C (-22°F) in the early mornings. To ensure a cozy and enjoyable stay, here are some recommendations for dressing during your visit.
【Indoors】
Our rooms are fully equipped with heating, keeping the interior warm and comfortable. We recommend wearing a light sweater or cardigan as indoor attire. Thick socks are also a good option for added comfort.
【Outdoors】
For the outdoor areas, proper winter clothing is essential. Here are our recommendations for staying warm:
-
Down jacket or insulated coat: Choose a windproof and insulated jacket for the best protection against the cold.
-
Thermal layers: Thermal or fleece layers will help keep you cozy.
-
Hat, gloves, and scarf: Be sure to cover your head, neck, and hands to prevent heat loss.
-
Waterproof winter boots: Boots with good grip and insulation are ideal for staying warm and stable on snow.
We look forward to welcoming you for a memorable winter experience in nature. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Wishing you a wonderful winter glamping experience with us!
